The 2.0 Update! Graphics, Layout & Journalling!
It's been a few months since I uploaded the first version of this playtest. I think it's about time I provided an update.
This update focuses on making this game more visually appealing. I've rehauled the entire thing, fucked around on Canva for more hours than I can count, and edited too many royalty free images (some didn't even make it into this update!).
As well as visual updates, I've tossed around the layout some to make a more coherent structure, with more examples and graphics. It should be easier to get to grips with the game now, with a playspace suggestion and clearly indicated examples of the gameplay look.
Last, but far from least, I've added another appendix. This one focuses on the journal you can make to go along with your game, and provides a way to note your moves as you play. I think this structure adds a nice extra element to the journalling section of the game, considering it more instead of having it as a somewhat half-assed suggestion.
I'm still looking for any feedback that can make this game better for everyone!
